About the Author

Hi, I’m Robyn.

I write contemporary romance about complicated people, ridiculous chemistry, and the kind of love that sneaks up on you when you aren’t looking for it.

I have a soft spot for stories where the attraction is undeniable, the timing is terrible, and at least one of the characters is insisting that falling in love is absolutely not part of the plan. Give me a slow burn, forced proximity, witty banter, unexpected vulnerability, and two people who are determined not to catch feelings—and I’m probably going to be invested.

When I’m not writing, I’m usually reading, listening to music, drinking far too much caffeine, or working on one of the many creative ideas that seemed like a good idea at the time. I’m a lifelong reader, an unapologetic romance lover, and a firm believer that there is always room for one more book.

Why Romance?

There’s something about a good love story that keeps me coming back. I love watching two people who are absolutely convinced they have everything figured out discover that maybe they don’t. I love the tension of a slow burn, the chaos of forced proximity, the moment when the walls finally come down, and the kind of banter that makes you wonder why these two people haven’t kissed yet.

But what I love most about romance is that the happily-ever-after isn’t really the point. It’s everything that happens on the way there.

My characters are complicated. They make mistakes. They carry baggage. They occasionally make spectacularly questionable decisions. And somewhere along the way, they have to figure out not just how to fall in love with someone else, but how to become the people they were meant to be.

That’s the kind of romance I want to write: stories that make you laugh, make you swoon, break your heart just a little, and leave you believing that maybe the mess was worth it.
